Refund policy
Cancellations & Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
If your order is delivered in separate parcels, the cancellation period ends 14 days after receiving the final item. You may also cancel before delivery.
To cancel your order, please contact us at hello@bryantstore.com, clearly stating your decision to cancel.
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
You are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage for change-of-mind cancellations.
Returns should be sent to:
BRYANT
62 Dell Road,
Lowestoft,
Suffolk,
NR33 9NS
Please ensure that returned goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect your purchase to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose, resulting in a reduction in their value, BRYANT reserves the right to make a proportionate deduction from your refund.
This includes, but is not limited to, products that have been burned, physically damaged or otherwise handled in a way that diminishes their value.
Any deductions will reflect the reduction in value and will be assessed individually.
Refunds
Following a statutory cancellation, BRYANT will refund the purchase price of the returned goods, subject to any lawful deductions.
Where an entire order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional charges for premium delivery services are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or you believe a product is faulty, please contact hello@bryantstore.com with details of the issue.
Where goods fail to meet statutory requirements, BRYANT will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law, including covering reasonable return costs where required.
Fragrance Preferences & Additional Returns
Fragrance is subjective, and individual preferences may vary. BRYANT aims to describe its products accurately to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Outside the statutory cancellation period, BRYANT does not accept voluntary returns, exchanges or offer refunds solely due to personal fragrance preferences, dissatisfaction with a fragrance or a change of mind.
BRYANT does not offer additional voluntary returns or satisfaction guarantees beyond statutory requirements.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Cancellation Form
You may use the following form to cancel your purchase, although you are not required to do so. A clear statement of cancellation sent by email is sufficient.
