Warm, Woody, Earthy (with a sweet touch of vanilla). Warm Cinders is for enjoying cold, cosy and comforting evenings. It combines the familiar notes of cedarwood and gentle smoke with a softer note of vanilla to create a fragrance that is warmly atmospheric and inviting, similar to one of a dampened fire.

Presented in an amber glass vessel, it completements the warmth of the candlelight. Whether accompanying a favourite book, a quiet conversation or an evening to yourself, Warm Cinders offers a simple way to make those moments feel more quiet and comforting.
Fragrance Profile

BRYANT wants you to have a realistic expectation of the fragrance experience prior to purchase to avoid unnecessary dissatisfaction:

Top Notes: - Cedarwood, Smoke
Heart Notes: - Cedarwood, Vanilla
Base Notes: - Moss, Amber

The combination of these notes create strong association to the smell of wood, and other pungent earthy connotations. Once lit the warmth of candlelight creates a warm-wood association. Combined with the smoky note it creates imagery of gentle fire. It is well balanced with Vanilla to offer a pleasant smell.

The Story

The idea for Warm Cinders came from my love for earthy scents. Upon discovering this combination of notes I knew I had to include it in my first collection.

Whilst in the early stages of developing the visuals for BRYANT I imagined a Fireplace within a Study. Warm Cinders is the scent of it's remaining Cinders still gently alight. No flame, just slow rest after hours of a roaring fire.

I think it represents a specific moment inside my ideal working environment: Large dedicated room for quiet productivity inside a Study with a lingering fragrance of Warm Cinders to close my session in transition into evening.

With that begin said, it is not inherently a "productive" fragrance. It perfectly suits quiet evenings on the sofa too if that's more your thing.

Candle Care

To expect the best performance of your candle we recommend that you:

  • Trim the wick to ~0.5cm before each burn using a suitable wick trimming tool,
  • Burn the candle for ~3-4 hours in each session to ensure the entire surface has melted before you extinguish the flame,
  • Monitor and reduce draughts and air movements surrounding the candle for consistent combustion and scent throw,
  • Keep wax pool clean from debris.
