The Story

Seasonal Potpourri was actually selected by my mother. Rather indecisively, I had to choose between a competing favourite fragrance. She told me it was the best end-of-year scent she's smelled.

Taking inspiration from her feedback, I searched for a relevant vision for the fragrance. I stumbled upon a rather unusual word. "What is a Potpourri?". In doing research, it became the perfect visual depiction for this fragrance.

A Potpourri has been around since ~1600 and stayed mostly relevant until the 1990's until other fragrance products became more prominent.

In my interpretation, this fragrance smells like an all-natural display of end-of-year connoted ingredients. You can't help but imagine them all together and the beautiful display it would make, however it would make a mess. Cardamon and cloves would scatter everywhere. If you put them in a bowl and display them pleasantly it does in-fact become a Seasonal Potpourri.

I imagined it being placed by an Entrance Hall to welcome guests and introduce them into your seasonal celebration.

Candle Care

To expect the best performance of your candle we recommend that you:

  • Trim the wick to ~0.5cm before each burn using a suitable wick trimming tool,
  • Burn the candle for ~3-4 hours in each session to ensure the entire surface has melted before you extinguish the flame,
  • Monitor and reduce draughts and air movements surrounding the candle for consistent combustion and scent throw,
  • Keep wax pool clean from debris.
